Portuguese Wine Pairing Dinner with Filipa Pato & William Wouters
Join us for a four course wine pairing dinner celebrating the indigenous grapes of Portugal. Winemaker Filipa Pato and her husband, restauranteur and sommelier William Wouters will share their philosophy on making wine with "no makeup," and their minimal intervention and biodynamic practices. Enjoy a sparkling rosé, a Bical and Arinto white blend, a 100% Bical still white, and 100% Baga still red wine paired with a menu from Chef Steven Lara. Full menu to follow.
Tickets include four wines, four food courses, hospitality and tax.
Ravines Wine Cellars Pairing Dinner
Join us with the owners of Ravines Wine Cellars, Morton and Lisa Hallgren, for a Spring Equinox wine pairing dinner. Five of Ravines wines will be paired with a 5-course dinner curated by Chef Steven Lara. A welcome drink will be served at 4:30 p.m., and dinner will start promptly at 5 p.m. Full menu to follow.

We’ll be exploring a range of styles from champagne to cava and beyond! These wines will be paired with an array of delightful hors d'oeuvres. Seating is limited to 40 people and tickets are $80 each!

A Kiss of France Wine Tasting Class at Rochester Brainery
In this class, we will explore four wines from France, beginning with a sparkling wine made in the methode ancestrale and followed by a crisp white wine from the Loire Valley, a rosé from Provence, and a Grenache-Syrah blend from the Rhone Valley. This brief trip will enable us to sample myriad styles from throughout the wine culture of France.

Exploring Italy Classy Hour
Join us Tuesday, October 4th for our next in the Classy Hour series! This time around we will be joined by Elena Matt from Italian wine importer Dalla Terra and Matt Strassman General Manager & Wine Buyer for Parkway Wine & Liquor.
This event will focus on ten wines from all over Italy ranging from the north, south, central, and island growing regions that will be paired with light fare from the Carnegie kitchen.

Italy produces the most wine of any country in the world. It is also home to hundreds (perhaps thousands) of wine-producing grapes. In this tour of Italy (hosted at Carnegie), we will sample sparkling, still red, and white wines from various regions around the country. There will be something to suit everyone’s taste!
