Explore Chilean wines with Garage Wine Co. founder and owner Derek Mossman Knapp. Hailing from Toronto, he ventured to Chile to ski but fell in love, with not only skiing, but his future wife and wine. They specialize in reviving old vineyards and practice regenerative farming.
