Carnegie Cellars Wine Bar + Kitchen is committed to sourcing local and supporting farmers. Our menu changes with what’s available. It’s our firm belief that sourcing local not only tastes better, but is better for our community. Here’s just a few of the Upstate New York farms we work with weekly:
Grass-fed goodness from pasture to plate, Full Moon raises organic beef, pork, lamb, chicken, and eggs in the Hudson Valley. Certified with the American Grass-fed Association, their livestock is 100% grass-fed.
Located in Canandaigua, Fisher Hill raises organic non-GMO chickens and eggs year-round. Anything we offer with Fisher Hill Farm is truly farm-to-table.
We source fresh, organic produce from Squash Blossom Farm in Bristol, New York. Squash Blossom uses foliar feding to bolster plant health, uses zero pesticides, and practices biodynamic preps for soil and compost.
