Carnegie Cellars Wine Bar + Kitchen is committed to sourcing local and supporting farmers. Our menu changes with what’s available. It’s our firm belief that sourcing local not only tastes better, but is better for our community. Here’s just a few of the Upstate New York farms we work with weekly:
Located in Canandaigua, Fisher Hill raises organic non-GMO chickens and eggs year-round. Anything we offer with Fisher Hill Farm is truly farm-to-table.
Based in Naples, New York Schenk provides us with a bounty of fresh produce year-round.The farm is focused on creating a thriving ecosystem on their property and helping the environment where they can, including utilizing a solar energy system.
