Join Carnegie Cellars for a five course pairing dinner featuring French wines from storied importer Kermit Lynch. Lynch started importing wines in 1972 focusing on small producers — many that have been in families for generations — that create terroir driven wines. We have chosen six wines that highlight some of the best styles coming from France.
The dinner will start with a grower Champagne from Veuve Fourny & Fils, followed by a Bordeaux Blanc, Chinon Rosé, Moulin-à-Vent Gamay, Loire Valley Cabernet Franc. and concludes with a Sauternes dessert wine.
Each ticket is $165 and includes six wines, five food courses, tax and hospitality. A welcome drink will be served at 5:45 p.m; dinner will start promptly at 6 p.m. Tickets are available on Tock.
