Ravines Wine Cellars Pairing Dinner

Join us with the owners of Ravines Wine Cellars, Morton and Lisa Hallgren, for a Spring Equinox wine pairing dinner. Five of Ravines wines will be paired with a 5-course dinner curated by Chef Steven Lara. A welcome drink will be served at 4:30 p.m., and dinner will start promptly at 5 p.m.

FIRST: Aebleskiver, Norwegian langoustine, champagne beurre monte, bottarga

SECOND: white asparagus, hay cream, wild fennel, spruce

THIRD: lamb belly, spring onion soubise, english peas, chive blossom

FOURTH: petite wagyu, artichoke, wild ramp, cabernet verjus

FIFTH: wood sorrel granita, brown butter crumble, bitter agave, rhubarb, hibiscus
